The agreement
These terms are between you and Brousseau Enterprises Inc., which provides Upcove. By creating an account you agree to them.
Subscriptions and billing
Products are billed monthly in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. You can turn a product off at any time and it stays active until the end of the paid period. We don't give refunds for partial months.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Included domain
Where a domain is included with the AI Starter Website, we register it in your business's name and renew it while your website subscription is active. If you cancel, we'll give you the details to transfer it to you.
Your responsibilities
- Only send promotional texts to people who agreed to receive them, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
- Don't use the service for unlawful, misleading or harassing messages.
- Keep your login details private.
- Make sure the information you give us about your business is accurate, including what the AI says on your behalf.
AI features
AI-written messages and replies can contain mistakes. You can review and change AI settings at any time, and you remain responsible for messages sent from your business.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running, but texting and calling depend on carriers and other providers outside our control. We don't guarantee every message will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
