Is it allowed to ask for reviews?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. It doesn't allow paying for reviews or only asking happy customers through a filter, so we send the same link to everyone you choose.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. You can edit the message and the reminder, and include the customer's first name.
